John Stumbo
Dr. John Stumbo is serving in his third term as president of the U.S. Alliance. He and Joanna, his bride of four decades, have three grown children and five grandchildren. They love being with the Alliance family and are enjoying making Ohio their new home as the National Office has relocated to the Columbus region. John has authored four books including his newest A Stained Beauty: Churches Ancient and Present.

Gary Friesen
Gary serves as vice president/general counsel in The Alliance. Before this position, he was in private legal practice and served for many years on the leadership team of Peacemaker Ministries. He completed his PhD studies in biblical peacemaking. Gary has been married to Laurel for more than 30 years with whom he shares four grown children.

Ken Baldes
Ken serves as treasurer and vice president in Operations/Finance for The Alliance and is also currently serving as interim executive director for Alliance Benefits. Additionally, he serves as the liaison between the C&MA and several supporting organizations as well as the treasurer for Alliance World Fellowship. Ken and his wife, Christy, have been married for 35 years and have three married children and five grandchildren.

Rosilio Román
Rosilio was appointed as the Interim Vice President for Church Ministries on April 16th, 2024. His 38 years of service with The Alliance began in his home district of Puerto Rico and includes serving as Assistant Vice-President for Church Ministries leading Church Advance and Multicultural Ministries since 2010. He is a graduate of Alliance Theological Seminary (DMin, MDiv) and of Crown College (BA). He and his beloved wife, Hilda Maysonet Tirado, who also serves at the National Office, are the proud parents of two children and grandparents of four beautiful grandchildren.

Tim Crouch
Tim is the vice president for Alliance Missions in The Alliance. Tim provides leadership to 700 U.S. Alliance IWs serving through aXcess, marketplace ministries, CAMA, and Envision in 67 countries. He and his wife, Shelly, have four adult children.

Tim Meier
Tim is the vice president for Development in The Alliance. He has a DMin from Alliance Theological Seminary and has served in Alliance ministry for 20 years in various roles. Tim’s passion is to see churches and individuals engaged and mobilized for the Kingdom in a rapidly changing world. Tim and his wife, Rachel, have two boys.
